SWIMMING STROKES CORRECTION
for children up to 12 years old.

This is where the methodology of kinematics of stroke correction comes in. The approach uses motion and the forces a swimmer experiences during each stroke. Swim teachers and instructors can help swimmers improve their technique and reach their potential by understanding and applying these stroke correction principles.
